Through the Petals
As summer faded into fall, I captured memories of the Peach Festival my family and I went to this summer with friends. It was one of our first outings in a new area and who doesn't love the sweet juices of a fresh peach.
This floral pieces, along with the metallic line drawn background keeps me seeing the summer sunsets, sipping on a peach lemonade and enjoying a funnel cake.
One Color
This is one color - Pitch Black.
I wanted to see the beauty in just using one color and moving the ink in ways that brought out its uniqueness. So much makes up what we believe is just one color.

I painted this piece from a place of trying something new while being very vulnerable in feelings of failure before i started.
That's it. It doesn't get more raw than that.
